The Energrow Expeller is a European inspired cold screw press made to suit the needs of farmers here in North America. Powered by a 5 hp electric motor, this mechanical press is very energy efficient. It comes complete with a hopper, sensors and control panel. The panel accurately monitors the functions of the press and allows for direct temperature and speed adjustments. It fronts a pelletizer which prepares a palatable meal into sizeable pellets which can then, without further processing, be fed directly to cattle.

The expeller can press various types of seed including: soybeans, rapeseed, canola seed, sunflower seeds, flax, etc.

A press of this size is excellent for creating an integrated small-scale production system right on the farm. The press creates a high quality, palatable, and feed-ready meal and adds value to your crops though the production of crude oil. With both products coming from your own field, they offer quality you can trust! This press also has great potential for organic operations. The press is very easy to use and requires little maintenance. It has the ability to run 24/7. In one day the Energrow Expeller processes approximately 1 Metric Tonne of raw soybeans which produces approximately 100L of oil and 850kg of meal. These numbers vary based on seed type, quality, and moisture content. Energrow guarantees the quality of its press with a limited 1 year warranty.

The EE3700 press offers farmers a chance to control their own commodity and add value to his/her product. This can be done by integrating the system directly into farm life, thereby minimizing various external costs such as transportation, seed roasting, buying meal at retail, and even diesel fuel.
