Production Products
The Energrow production process produces two products, oil and meal. Both
of which
are excellent sources in feed energy.
Meal
Canola and soybean meal expelled by the Energrow press are excellent feed supplements which contain high amounts of naturally occurring proteins and energy. These feedstuffs are used as a major nutritional supplement for dairy cattle and other ruminants, as well as non-ruminants. Expeller-pressed soybean meal especially, is a very palatable feedstuff. Sunflower and flax are other examples of high energy and nutrient rich feeds. Pelleted feed augers well and can be stored up to 6 months, but is best fed fresh.
Oil
Soybean oil has been proven to improve the productivity of livestock operations. Soybean oil supplements diets in numerous beneficial ways including improved milk production in dairy, increased weight gain and feed efficiency in swine, as well as decreased feed dust for poultry.
Oil can also be used in direct fuel, lubrication, and crop spray applications.
